Wine Club Manager The Craig Stoller Collection | Sextant Estate Winery ~ Paris Valley Road Estate Winery - Paso Robles, CA

The Craig Stoller Collection

The Craig Stoller Collection is comprised of three unique wine brands, Sextant Wines, Paris Valley Road Estate Winery, and Windemere. Featuring primarily estate-grown wines and fruit carefully sourced from some of California’s premier Central Coast vineyards. Together, The Craig Stoller Collection reflects the terroir, character, and natural beauty of California’s Central Coast.

Position Summary

Under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer the Wine Club Manager is responsible for overseeing wine club operations and delivering a seamless, engaging member experience that drives retention, loyalty, and growth across all Craig Stoller Collection brands.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for current and prospective wine club members, providing exceptional service through phone, email, SMS, and in-person interactions. The Wine Club Manager leads wine club releases and campaigns, supports direct-to-consumer revenue initiatives, and ensures each brand’s identity is consistently represented throughout the member experience.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, and Fulfillment teams, this position plays a key role in executing wine club programs, maintaining operational alignment, and enhancing member engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wine club management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage wine club operations, including releases, shipments, campaigns, and member communications
  • Maintain accurate member records, process enrollments and account updates, and resolve declined payment issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, SMS, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted email and SMS campaigns, release communications, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of wine club and e-commerce orders
  • Assist with wine club events, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and marketing collateral
  • Analyze wine club performance metrics, including acquisition, retention, release success, and campaign effectiveness, to identify growth opportunities
  • Utilize platforms including Commerce7, Tock, ShipCompliant, and Microsoft Office
  • Develop internal training resources and provide ongoing education to hospitality staff regarding wine club offerings, promotions, and procedures
  • Coordinate inventory needs and communicates timelines related to club releases and special promotions
  • Monitor shipping and compliance requirements in partnership with fulfillment and compliance vendors
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of wine club, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume release periods simultaneously
  • Familiarity with alcohol compliance regulations and fulfillment logistics preferred
  • Experience with Commerce7 preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and special events

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods

Position Details

  • Full-time, on-site position at Paris Valley Road Estate Winery
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional schedule adjustments for events and club activities
