At Wincore Windows & Doors, our Customer Experience Team (CET) is the heartbeat of our
company. We don't simply answer phones-we manage every detail of our customers' orders from
start to finish, ensuring builders, dealers, and homeowners receive an exceptional experience every
step of the way.
What You'll Do
• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Review orders for accuracy and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Provide solutions-not excuses-when challenges arise.
• Learn the details of our window and door products, components, configurations, and options.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service every day.

Qualifications
Required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused
environment.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate
professionally using positive, solution-oriented language.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and meet customer
expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong team player who collaborates effectively while taking ownership of individual
responsibilities.
Preferred
• Previous experience providing customer service in a high-volume phone environment or call
center.
• Knowledge of the fenestration (window and door) industry or experience with building products is
a plus.
