WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION
The Wholesale Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
The Wholesale Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team and customers by executing the sales business plan in support of the Mission and Vision Statements. The Wholesale Customer Service Representative will work closely with the sales team and reports directly to the Wholesale Fuels General Manager.
Wholesale Customer Service Representative duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Manage accounts, develop positive working relationships with customers and outside agencies
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to research customer programs to ensure success
  • Prepare progress reports, analysis and research data for presentations to leadership, customers and outside agencies
  • Work closely with sales and accounting teams to support new development and set up new accounts
  • Prepare new contracts; assist in contract signing
  • Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer activity through CRM tools to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain customer documents and files
  • Work with operations to assist with day-to-day operational processes
  • Answer and route calls, take and communicate messages as needed
  • Attend and participate in department and other meetings
  • Perform other tasks assigned by sales manager and sales team
  • Perform duties as required to run the department which include absence coverage and working weekends and nights as needed
Experience/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior customer service or sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask and accept ongoing change
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented
  • Performance driven and customer focused
  • Computer proficiency and software skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage and input data required for large customer base in (CRM) Customer Relationship Management system
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM tool(s)
  • Experience in sales, operations or account management

Hours:
The Wholesale Customer Service Representative is a full time position and works a minimum of 40 hours per week
Salary/Income:
The Wholesale Customer Service Representative is an exempt, salaried position
