Responsibilities:

  • Always maintain an uncompromised professionalism and composure and all situations.
  • Shares a passion for product and provides epic guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship.
  • Converts guests into "High West Whiskey Ambassador's" through detailed knowledge of HW whiskeys, cocktails, food and their availability.
  • Educates guests in an honest way about the history of our home, our whiskey, and our food.
  • Ensures guest expectations are met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and speed.
  • Maintains the details of table and restaurant cleanliness in all areas of the building, throughout all hours.
  • Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with Lead Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift.
  • Values the importance of internal hospitality and the necessary team environment this promotes.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Works outdoors/indoors
  • Works in warm/cold climates
  • Works in high places
  • Works on wet surfaces
  • Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
  • Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
  • Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
