Job Description

What You'll Do as a Resort Experience Host: 

As a Resort Experience Host at Westgate Resorts, you'll be responsible for curating engaging activities and ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay. A perfect job if you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for both adults and children! You will demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.

  • Conduct a diverse range of activities for both adults and children.
  • Actively participate in all special events to elevate guest experiences.
  • Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays.
  • Maintain a detailed daily log and track guest participation.
  • Manage monetary transactions and uphold accounting procedures.
  • Perform duties equivalent to an Activities Attendant when required.
  • Utilize computer skills for equipment check-outs to resort guests.
  • Enforce safety regulations and guidelines for guest welfare.
  • Keep the Activities Center, boat dock, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Assist in inventory management as needed.
Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts.
