Job Description

We are seeking an entrylevel Account Services Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls while supporting the collection and resolution of pastdue accounts. This role focuses on delivering professional, respectful customer service while working toward onecall resolutions whenever possible.

What You'll Do:

  • Contact customers by phone regarding pastdue balances for maintenance fees, mortgages, and other past due account related charges.
  • Provide accurate account information and payment solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use company tools such as predictive dialers, reports, and approved skiptracing resources.
  • Research accounts, document activity, and follow all federal, state, and company compliance guidelines.
  • Ask effective questions, negotiate payment arrangements, and overcome objections to resolve accounts.
Qualifications

What You'll Bring: 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Entrylevel candidates welcome; customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fastpaced, callcenter environment.
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills (Teams experience a plus).
  • Detailoriented, selfmotivated, and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual skills are required.
