WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR INTERNAL WELLNESS SPECIALIST?
As the Internal Wellness Specialist, your day will be centered around helping employees engage with wellness resources that support healthier lifestyles and stronger workplace connections. You'll partner closely with the Population Health Coordinator to plan and support wellness initiatives, assist in managing Personify Health challenges and engagement activities, answer employee questions regarding wellness programs, rewards, vendors, and eligibility requirements, and serve as a trusted resource for information and guidance. You'll also coordinate the implementation, modification, and termination of wellness products and services while building productive relationships with vendor partners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively. Through your work, you'll help create a wellness culture that empowers employees to participate, engage, and succeed.
This is a full-time onsite position located in Anderson, Indiana, working regular business hours Monday through Friday. Team members are expected to work onsite and collaborate closely with colleagues and wellness partners throughout the workday.
