Job description

Wellness Sales Manager

Location: Cherry Creek, CO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 + bonus

Serenity is hiring a Wellness Sales Manager who has built a career at the intersection of client experience and revenue performance. Someone who is ready to bring that to a growing, mission-driven company. If you've led a team in a wellness, aesthetic, or premium health services environment where sales results and service quality both had to be exceptional, you already understand what this role demands. You'll own the full location: the people, the operation, the member journey, and the commercial outcomes. We're looking for someone who has done this before and wants a bigger stage to do it on.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Manage all aspects of daily operations at a high-volume wellness location โ€” team oversight, scheduling, floor presence, and service standards

- Lead the sales effort for your location, driving membership growth, service conversions, and consistent achievement of revenue targets

- Create a member experience that is warm, professional, and results-driven โ€” from first contact through long-term retention

- Develop your team through regular coaching, clear expectations, and a culture where accountability is the norm

- Track and act on location KPIs โ€” revenue, conversion rates, retention, and service quality โ€” making operational adjustments based on what the data shows

What We're Looking For

- Experience managing a wellness center, med spa, aesthetic clinic, or comparable premium health and service environment is strongly preferred

- A track record of driving sales in a membership or service-based model โ€” you've hit targets and have the outcomes to back it up

- Accountability to KPIs is second nature โ€” you've owned them, reported on them, and used them to make better decisions

- Proven ability to lead and develop teams with measurable results: performance improved, people grown, standards raised

- Direct and effective in performance conversations โ€” you address issues clearly and follow through on what's agreed

- Operationally sharp and commercially motivated โ€” you hold both to the same standard

Compensation & Benefits

- $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentives

- 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage

- 401(k) retirement plan

- 10 PTO/PST days to start, 15 after year one + 10 paid holidays
