YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position working Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, up to 30 hours per week

YOUR DAY

As our part-time Wellness Sales Associate, you'll guide prospective clients through a personalized wellness journey, starting with understanding their goals, educating them on our premium red light therapy program, and confidently helping them take the next step. Throughout your day, you'll connect with leads in person, by phone, and via text, thoughtfully nurturing relationships while managing your pipeline to keep momentum strong. You'll celebrate wins, track your progress, and stay focused on achieving goals while collaborating with your team to promote the program through events and success stories.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
  • Experience engaging prospects, handling objections, and confidently closing sales

A proven track record of exceeding goals, a high-energy personality, strong collaboration skills, a coachable mindset, and experience in consultative or wellness sales are preferred.
