Job description

Position Overview

As a key member of the Operations Strategy team, the Program Manager will lead the DREAM program, driving cost savings initiatives across the North American Zone. This highly adaptable leader will translate board-level financial targets (the "WISH") into actionable category commitments (e.g., labor, scrap, quality, freight) and ensure sustainable realization. Because our strategic focus shifts as programs mature, this role requires exceptional agility and the ability to pivot to new priority areas as the business evolves.

What you'll do

DREAM Portfolio Management

  • Strategic Allocation: Break down top-level "WISH" board commitments into target savings categories.
  • Pipeline Development: Cultivate, mature, and track project opportunities through the intake process and ECHO Tracker management.
  • Portfolio Analytics: Ensure process adherence and deliver weekly/monthly Standard (STD) reporting on portfolio health.

Run-Rate Governance & Financial Alignment

  • Finance Partnership: Work deeply with Finance to ensure project savings translate to actual P&L performance.
  • Leakage Prevention: Monitor ongoing operations and P&L metrics to identify and mitigate standard operational leakage that offsets project gains.
  • Governance Rhythms: Lead weekly run-rate updates and monthly governance reviews across the North America Zone, Plant, and Product Family levels.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure metric alignment for MBOs/Policy Deployment and provide triage recommendations when targets are at risk.

PMO & Capability Development

  • Standardization: Manage and refine PM playbooks and PMO policy development.
  • Team Advancement: Conduct PM skills assessments (Supply Chain) and lead PM 101 Training to elevate the organization's overall project management maturity.
  • Agile Transitioning: Must continually mature programs with capability to pivot focus as necessary and potentially offload them to standard operations as run-ready packages, freeing capacity for new strategic priorities.

Who you are

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in Program/Portfolio Management, Operations Strategy, or Continuous Improvement, ideally within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) highly preferred.
    • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) strongly recommended given the focus on cost savings, scrap reduction, and quality.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Deep financial acumen with a proven ability to bridge operational metrics and P&L impacts.
    • Expertise in PMO governance, standard reporting (STD), and pipeline development.
    • Executive-level communication skills to interface with Senior Leadership, Finance, and Plant-level leadership.

What's in it for you?

  • Annual base salary range: $130k - 145k
  • Bonus target range: 30%
  • Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability
  • A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth
  • Time off with pay
  • 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Wellness programs and product discounts

Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.
