Job Summary

The Regional Wellness Manager (RDN) will provide you with an exciting opportunity to oversee regional nutrition and wellness initiatives by implementing corporate and client nutrition programs, upholding menu nutrition and allergy labeling, quality, and compliance standards, and supporting campus/client-specific nutrition needs while contributing to account retention and sales efforts.

What You’ll Do:

•    Drive Company Wellness & Food Philosophy: Understand and execute company food philosophy and wellness programs across assigned accounts
•    Ensure Nutrition Compliance & Quality Assurance: Support accounts in meeting nutrition and wellness related standards, including federal menu labeling laws and state/local requirements, by conducting regular site visits and audits
•    Educate & Empower Operational Teams: Train and educate operational teams on company wellness standards, best practices, food allergy risk management, and special diets
•    Partner with Clients & Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with client health and wellness teams and collaborate with account leaders to align wellness strategies and client goals
•    Activate Wellness Programming & Events: Coordinate wellness event calendars with regional marketing and culinary teams that align with wellness initiatives for client and campus events, including health fairs, lunch-and-learns, program launches, tastings, café wellness events, and client meetings
•    Stay Ahead of Nutrition & Wellness Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nutrition topics related to food service, culinary nutrition, wellness technology, and student health and wellness 

What We’re Looking For:

•    Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)-required 
•    Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) is states where applicable
•    Master’s degree preferred
•    Four (4) years of corporate wellness experience preferred
•    Food service experience preferred
•    Serve-Safe certification preferred-if not certified, obtain certification within 12 weeks from hire date
