Job Description:

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

GDIT is seeking a Program Director to lead the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS) Program. PLEASE NOTE: Although this position allows for hybrid work, the employee MUST live within local distance to the DC Metro Area in order to report onsite as required in Falls Church, VA; Fort Meade; MD and other customer sites as required.
As a Program Director, you will provide critical support for seamless collaboration and information sharing across the Department of War (DoW) vital to supporting the national defense mission. Our work depends on the Program Director joining our team to support this mission critical collaboration across the expanse of the DoW community.You are a vital contributor to leading the mission and charge to enhance and enable the warfighter and critical defense operation missions through secure and collaborative enabled technology.

Program Management & Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact and overall leader for a multimilliondollar contract with 100+ FTEs across geographically dispersed sites and multiple task orders.
Manage and ensure the successful completion of all program tasks within an assigned portfolio with annual revenues of $25M+.
Provide overall direction, leadership, and oversight of program activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution across all operational support functions.
Lead daily staff activities, supervise technical and administrative personnel (including subordinate managers), and maintain highperformance standards in a dynamic environment.
Make organizational and operational improvements to drive continuous performance enhancement.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong working relationships with seniorlevel customer representatives, serving as the primary POC for the COR, Government Program Manager, and corporate leadership.
Engage with customers and industry partners to ensure alignment with requirements, negotiate tasks, resolve issues, and support longterm program success.
Lead development and execution of communication plans that meet contractual, customer, corporate, and program expectations.

Contract Execution & Compliance
Organize, direct, and manage complex, interrelated project tasks across multiple locations to ensure contractual and operational objectives are met.
Ensure proper performance of all tasks required for efficient, compliant, and effective contract execution.
Oversee contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, quality assurance, and compliance with cost and schedule objectives.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with program goals and contractual requirements.

Planning, Reporting & Governance
Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, and task execution strategies to meet contractual and project requirements.
Conduct indepth analyses to determine optimal program plans and resource allocations.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reporting to communicate project progress to management and customers.
Monitor and report performance against plans, ensuring cost, schedule, and deliverable targets are consistently achieved.

Technical & Operational Oversight
Direct and guide technical resources, providing expert communication, oversight, and review of technical progress, issues, documentation, and deliverables.
Ensure accountability for staffing, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), tasking responses, and all operational resourcing requirements.
Lead complex administrative and analytical tasks supporting the DEOS BPA and associated task orders.

Strategic Growth & Special Initiatives
Drive the overall growth and successful execution of the BPA and its supporting task orders, ensuring alignment with customer and corporate growth objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans focused on program expansion and longterm contract health.
Participate in special projects as required.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED:

Education
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Experience
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant program or project management experience

Technical Skills
Demonstrated experience managing programs or tasks with annual revenues up to $10M+
Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary teams deploying enterprise technology solutions
Experience evaluating emerging technologies and partnering with major industry vendors to deliver innovative solutions
Strong background in interpreting and supporting complex contract requirements, and shaping future requirements with customers
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in highvisibility, fastpaced environments
Demonstrated business development capability, including proposal development and solution shaping
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage military officials, senior leaders, and diverse teams
Deep knowledge of regulations, standards, and compliance requirements

Skills & Abilities
Highly proficient in executivelevel briefing, customer engagement, and seniorstakeholder communication
Strong familiarity with DISA operational environments, missions, and requirements
Expert understanding of DISA business processes and operational frameworks
Broad professional knowledge of industry trends, market drivers, and technology advancements
Strong financial, business, planning, and forecasting acumen to effectively manage teams and business operations

LOCATION: Hybrid, must live local to the DC Metro Area in order to travel to Falls Church VA, Fort Meade MD and other customer sites as required.
Travel will be required based on mission requirements.

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
