This is a full sales cycle role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives under pressure and is motivated by results. Job Summary
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and prospecting to closing and account growth
  • Build and grow a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Partner consultatively with clients to understand and solve their hiring needs
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver qualified talent solutions

Minimum Requirements
