Royal Wellbeing Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Fredericksburg, Virginia rehabilitation facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients rehabilitating from a variety of conditions, including acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery. • Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various treatment modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress rigorously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to help reach therapeutic goals.
• Document all patient interactions, responses to therapy, and progress within the electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, self-care techniques, and the utilization of assistive devices as needed.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with developments in the physical therapy field.
• Work closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals—from pediatric patients to seniors—who present with musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, injury rehabilitation needs, and post-operative care. • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be preferred.
• Must hold a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic health records.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility in approach to patient care.

• While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, recent graduates are encouraged to apply as mentoring opportunities are available.
• Experience in a rehabilitation facility is a plus, especially in focusing on outpatient care.
