Job Description
We are seeking motivated and safety-focused Flowback Operators to support production and well testing operations. This position is responsible for monitoring flowback equipment, tracking production data, performing equipment inspections, and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of oil, gas, and water during flowback and production activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in oilfield operations, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate flowback and production equipment.
  • Record and track oil, gas, and water production volumes.
  • Gauge tanks and monitor fluid levels.
  • Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow rates throughout operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of separators, tanks, pumps, manifolds, and associated equipment.
  • Collect and document production and operational data.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or abnormal operating conditions.
  • Assist with equipment rig-up, rig-down, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Coordinate with production personnel, wellsite supervisors, and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and operational records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Respond to operational issues and assist during after-hours callouts as required.

Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous flowback, production, lease operator, or oilfield operations experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of separators, tanks, well testing equipment, and production processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and operational data.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
