• Conduct comprehensive screening, testing, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various injuries, diseases, and disabilities, employing evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic procedures and strategies to enhance recovery and maintain overall wellness.
• Demonstrate the capability to administer care to patients across the life span, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, effectively communicating patient needs, goals, and treatment progress.
• Uphold the standard of care for patients, including supervising physical therapy assistants and support staff to ensure consistency in treatment quality.
• Contribute to the department’s operational efficiency by participating in planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clinical skills through participation in ongoing education and training opportunities, while promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Demonstrable skill in assessing and treating a diverse patient population with various conditions.
• Proficient in physical therapy methodologies and able to apply clinical judgments effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for patient interaction and teamwork.

• Specialized training or certifications in applicable areas of physical therapy practice.
• Experience in supervising physical therapy aides and interns.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation technology and tools, including digital patient management systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 1,000,000 to USD 1,200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
