What You'll Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 30-35 trade shows, conferences, and events annually, ranging from regional to international.
  • Manage all event logistics, including project timelines, budgets, vendors, booth design, shipping, installation, dismantle, and storage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and product line teams to ensure events align with brand goals, products, and business priorities.
  • Research, recommend, and evaluate trade shows, conferences, venues, and service providers that support company objectives.
  • Oversee on-site execution to ensure booths and meeting spaces are optimized for customer and partner engagement.
  • Establish processes and metrics to support Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) identification for Sales teams.

What You'll Bring
  • Three to five years of experience in trade show management, marketing, sales, or event planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and vendor management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with confidence speaking publicly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity technologies, with comfort using AI-enabled tools.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
