  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative Services, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Warehouse Operations to align priorities and drive successful execution
  • Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures related to inventory management, logistics, showroom support, and asset tracking
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including inventory tracking technology, RFID implementation, system optimization, and process enhancements that improve visibility and operational efficiency
  • Own project communication by tracking milestones, identifying risks, resolving issues, and providing timely updates to key stakeholders
  • Analyze operational challenges and implement solutions that improve trade show execution, inventory accuracy, and overall business performance
  • Drive successful execution with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for project timelines, inventory outcomes, and operational results
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
  • Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
    • Be open and honest
    • Reach for excellence
    • Act with responsibility
    • Value the whole person
    • Enjoy the journey

The Ideal Person

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including support of a minimum of four week-long trade show events annually

Preferred Skills
