About the Role
Culmen International is seeking ISR Tactical Controllers to support operations in El Paso, Texas.
This is a talent pipeline requisition for future opportunities. Qualified candidates will be contacted when a position becomes available.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
  • Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensive situational awareness across complex land and maritime environments.
  • Execute cross-cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time-sensitive targets.
  • Assist with daily operations center reporting and processes to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, storyboards, images, and video capturing.
  • Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.
  • Part of a 24-hour operations center and must be willing to cover shifts outside of business hours as the contract allows.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university
  • 2+ years' experience and capabilities for the successful execution of tasks associated with specific duty positions/focus areas.
  • 2+ years' experience and capabilities in a military setting managing a multitude of tasks associated with being an ISR Tactical Controller.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to work night and/or weekend shifts.

Desired Qualifications
  • Graduate of ISR Tactical Control course within the past five years preferred.
