In a Weekend Tactical role, you are often responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities during weekend shifts, which may include managing incident response, monitoring critical systems, and ensuring smooth transitions between weekday and weekend teams. A key challenge in this position is handling unexpected issues with limited on-site resources, as many support teams may have reduced staffing during weekends.
