Your Mission

Youll lead prospective members through high-intensity 90-minute demo sessions, giving them an unforgettable introduction to our training programs, simulator systems, and membership options. Using your tactical credibility and sales instincts, you'll help them say yes to taking control of their safety and skills.
What Youll Do

  • Host Demos: Lead training tours, guide them through simulations, and close with a tailored membership pitch
  • Follow Up Like a Pro: Reach out to leads via phone, email, or in-persondont wait for them to come to you
  • Close the Deal: Identify needs, handle objections, and walk prospects through sign-up and onboarding
  • Track Progress: Use our CRM (Club Ready) to manage your pipeline and follow-ups
  • Own Your Numbers: Hit individual enrollment goals while supporting team success and high standards

Who Were Looking For

Must-Haves:
  • Firearms or personal defense training experience
  • Strong track record in sales, recruiting, or public-facing roles
  • Ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and lead prospects to a decision
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and team-oriented
  • Excellent at handling objections, building rapport, and working independently
  • Comfortable working in a structured, high-accountability culture
Bonus Points:
  • Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical background
