Are you seasoned solar sales closer looking for high-volume, pre-set appointments with warm homeowners who already have solar on their roof?

We are expanding our solar service & upgrade division and we’re hiring experienced Solar Closers for the Charlotte, NC area.

** We hand you 3–5 pre-set appointments per day.**

** No lead generation, no setting, no canvassing.**

** Your job is to run the appointments** , build trust, quote repairs/upgrades, and close.

** What You’ll Do:**

  • Quote Generation & Sales: Prepare and send professional quotes for solar repairs, add-ons, battery storage, system expansions, main panel upgrades, and maintenance agreements. You will be sitting down with people who already have solar and explaining our product that is now a major need for solar customers.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up promptly with inbound service requests and open estimates via phone, text, and in-person appointments to overcome objections and close.
  • Strategic Upselling: Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities with homeowners who already have solar.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Track every opportunity with detailed notes and follow-ups in our CRM.
