Job Summary

Valcourt Building Services is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of services while maintaining strong client relationships. The Scheduler will serve as a key point of contact between clients, operations, and leadership, helping drive customer satisfaction and operational success in the Washington, DC market.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing client communications while coordinating schedules to support business growth.

Essential Functions

  • Communicate with existing clients regarding upcoming services to propose and confirm scheduling dates
  • Address and manage client pushback related to scheduling by clearly explaining the importance of maintaining service timelines
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements
  • Coordinate proposed and confirmed schedules with the operations team to ensure resource availability
  • Manage and facilitate communication between clients and upper management
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under time constraints
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support and resolve client issues effectively
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
