Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, achieving sales goals, and staying up to date with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and plans

Promote and sell smartphones, prepaid wireless plans, and accessories

Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets

Provide an excellent in-store customer experience

Assist with phone activations, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting

Maintain organized displays and store cleanliness

Stay informed on promotions, pricing, and new products

Qualifications
