Job description

Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown has an immediate job opening for an evening and weekend Sales Receptionist.
We are a people-oriented, family owned company that is committed to providing superior levels of customer service. While our success and growth are dependent on many factors, first and most important are the skills, intelligence, creativity, and dedication of our employees.
Hours
Tuesday - Friday 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturdays 7:30am - 8:00pm
Average hours: 36 per week
Essential Duties
  • Act as dealership concierge for guests
  • Greet and assist customers by phone and in person
  • Light clerical duties
  • Additional duties may be assigned by Sales and Service departments

Qualifications
  • Availability to work evenings
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service experience
  • Multi-line phone experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual a plus
