Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect items to meet their needs, tastes, and purchase options.
  • Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Join a supportive team that works together to achieve individual goals and company expectations.
  • In addition, you will partner with other members of your team to create an engaging customer experience.
  • You will be responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement, greeting customers, cultivating relationships, and discovering furnishing needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles, trends, and products through company training and your own research of trends.
  • Utilize computer tools to validate credit terms and complete sales transactions.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

This job operates in a retail store environment.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand during the entire shift.

Must be able to lift and/or move, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
