Haven of Ridgeview is seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care and support to our residents. If you are passionate about delivering quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

  • Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions.

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

  • Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants.

  • Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

  • CPR/BLS certification preferred.

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.
