Work Flexibility: Field-based
As a Clinical Associate, you are responsible for the delivery of end user training and go-live support of all Acute Care products. The Clinical Associate collaborates with interdisciplinary teams across the business and partners with customers to ensure product knowledge and satisfaction for improved outcomes.
What you will do:
  • In partnership with leadership, deploy to customer accounts and deliver standardized end-user education to care team members who have purchased Stryker products.
  • Identify field trends that have the potential to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of training programs, and communicate insights and recommendations to the business.
  • Deliver on goals and metrics for accounts within the assigned geography.
  • Work closely with the team to plan, coordinate, and deliver ongoing end-user education that supports product utilization, clinical best practices, and customer satisfaction.

What you need:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other related clinical discipline required
  • 90% travel throughout the United States

Preferred:
  • Current RN licensure preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical role preferred; preferably in critical care

  • USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
  • US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
  • US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
  • US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
