Requirements Qualifications
  • Active RN license with 2+ years of ICU experience
  • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
  • Must pass EKG exam - no exceptions
  • Epic charting proficiency
  • Comfortable with 1:2-3 patient ratios in a Level III Trauma Center
Education
  • RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
  • Expertise in ventilator management, central line care, and blood product administration
  • Skilled in cardiovascular interventions like Impella, TAVR, and LVAD/RVAD
  • Proficient in neurological care including ICP monitoring and post-craniotomy management
  • Strong in titrating vasoactive drips, dysrhythmia interpretation, and multisystem organ failure
  • Experienced with IV therapy, chemotherapy administration, and chest tube assistance
