We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and inspire a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, and is committed to developing a high-performing team.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding service, financial accountability, and adherence to company standards. You'll play a key role in building team culture, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.


Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

· Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

· Manage staff schedules to support business needs while controlling labor costs.

· Monitor inventory and vendor relationships to maintain quality and minimize waste.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

· Manage cash handling, daily deposits, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting.

· Monitor key performance indicators, including labor, food cost, and sales, to achieve financial goals.

· Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively to ensure a positive dining experience.

· Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain seamless communication and service execution.

· Support marketing initiatives, special events, and promotions that drive guest engagement and sales.

· Maintain restaurant facilities and ensure opening and closing procedures are consistently followed.

· Lead by example, promoting accountability, professionalism, and a hospitality-first culture.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

· Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing successful teams.

· Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, guest service, and restaurant financial management.

· Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

· Experience with restaurant POS systems and scheduling software (Aloha, Paylocity, Ctuit, or similar platforms preferred).

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Current California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)/ABC Certification, or the ability to obtain them upon hire.

· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
