  • Employ a variety of therapy techniques and methodologies, customizing your approach to meet the dynamic needs of diverse clients.
  • Document therapy sessions and client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base consists of individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with adults, adolescents, and families, providing holistic care that is tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals. Your efforts will empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, including documentation best practices.
  • Experience working with specific populations, such as children, teens, or individuals with trauma histories.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance packages that include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance is provided to ensure peace of mind in your practice.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO), including vacation days and holidays, supports your work-life balance.
  • Access to continuous professional development and education opportunities, encouraging your growth and learning.
  • Be part of a collaborative network that offers supervision, mentorship, and peer support.
