• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Facilitate bi-weekly therapy sessions and crisis interventions when appropriate, ensuring ongoing support and safety for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including detailed notes on each session and treatment adjustments.
• Engage in peer consultation and clinical supervision with fellow counselors, establishing a strong network that fosters professional development.
• Make ethical, client-centered decisions that prioritize the overall wellbeing and safety of clients receiving trauma services.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in working with a diverse client base, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples in a family setting. As we specialize in trauma, familiarity with methodologies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) is essential. Our mission is to support clients throughout their healing process, enabling them to overcome past traumas effectively.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Bachelor's degree is insufficient for this role).
• Active licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred.

• Experience working therapeutically with trauma-affected populations, particularly those with PTSD.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth platforms and documentation processes, including typing skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Demonstrated ability to assess safety concerns and provide therapeutic interventions in a rural and remote setting.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
