We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Sanfield Group Family Counseling. In this full-time position, you will leverage your expertise to provide essential mental health services to clients from the comfort of their homes, utilizing teletherapy platforms designed to connect individuals across geographical barriers.   • Provide structured, evidence-based mental health care via weekly live video sessions to individual adult clients, focusing on their unique therapeutic needs.
  • Collaborate closely with a network of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure holistic care.
  • Utilize digital tools to assess client symptoms and track functional improvements, using automated self-assessments and performance metrics to inform treatment adjustments.
  • Engage in ongoing consultation and support with team members, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily involve working with a diverse adult population, including those facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to deliver culturally sensitive services and adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the varied needs of each individual you work with.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (licensure as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required).
  • Valid, independent therapist license with at least one year of post-licensure experience delivering mental health counseling.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults.
  • Experience working with higher-risk populations, including those presenting with severe mental health disorders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance the counseling process, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits
