• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to identify needs and establish effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the unique preferences and concerns of clients.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and motivation throughout the duration of their treatment.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches as needed to align with clients' therapeutic goals and preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring confidentiality.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Your expertise will guide them toward recovery and improved quality of life, making a real difference in their mental health journeys.

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Empathy, compassion, and understanding towards the varying experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, effectively managing therapy sessions and related documentation remotely.

Candidates with experience in teletherapy, knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will have an advantage. Previous experience working with specific populations, such as children or individuals with trauma, is also highly valued.
