Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to identify needs and establish effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the unique preferences and concerns of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and motivation throughout the duration of their treatment.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
