Job description

Key Responsibilities:


Recruiting & Staffing

· Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

· Post job openings on social media, job boards, and other platforms.

· Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.

· Interview and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

· Maintain the Available List log by adding new associates.

· Track employee attendance, performance, and engagement.

· Handle basic employee relations and resolve staffing concerns promptly.

· Other tasks as assigned.



Administrative & Onsite Support

· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

· Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.

· Manage high call volume and reception area.

· Initiate application process for incoming applicants.

· Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.

· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:

· Bilingual: English/Spanish required.

· Previous experience in staffing required.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar tools.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
