Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Type: Part-time and full-time

Salary: $20 - $26 hourly

Job Summary:

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families across Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings

  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development

  • Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs

  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes

  • Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families

  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Work Schedule:
