ABA Therapist Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings. Behavior Technicians play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based interventions, collecting data, and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

ABA Therapist Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' specific needs and goals.

Provide one-on-one direct instruction to clients using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, including discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies, and behavior management techniques.
