Position Overview

A growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement within a supportive and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
