Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead operations at one of our clinic locations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical services, staff leadership, and overall program effectiveness within the service region.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality services are delivered in both clinic and home-based settings by monitoring compliance, addressing gaps, and driving continuous improvement
Coach, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, including BCBAs, RBT Trainers, and RBTs
Monitor client progress by ensuring appropriate assessments and clinically sound treatment plans are implemented
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns from parents and RBTs
Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain clinical staff
Oversee RBT training programs and assess trainer effectiveness
Maintain a modest caseload of approximately 10 billable hours per week
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
BCBA certification required with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Prior experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office or G-suite applications
