A Lead Behavior Technician (LBT) is an experienced professional who provides direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges, often in clinical or educational settings. Their role is crucial in maintaining treatment quality and supporting clients in achieving behavioral and developmental goals.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a lead behavior technician?

As a Lead Behavior Technician, your daily responsibilities often include conducting therapy sessions with clients, guiding and mentoring other behavior technicians, and ensuring fidelity to individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
