Looking for meaningful work that goes beyond sitting behind a desk?

LivWell Behavioral is hiring Weekend Behavioral Health Technicians to work directly with children and teens in a highly interactive, relationship-based behavioral health program focused on mentorship, life skills, structure, and emotional support.

This is an active, hands-on role where you'll spend your weekends helping youth build confidence, develop healthier routines, participate in therapeutic activities, and navigate behavioral and emotional challenges in a safe, supportive environment.

If you enjoy mentoring, coaching, supporting, or working closely with adolescents, this role offers an opportunity to make a real impact while gaining valuable behavioral health experience.

Friday: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM

Additional overtime opportunities may become available during school breaks and extended program weekends.

What You'll Do

Support and supervise youth throughout weekend programming
Build positive, supportive relationships with clients
Help clients develop routines, structure, and life skills
Support therapeutic groups and recreational activities
Assist with transportation using company vehicles
Observe behaviors and document progress/concerns
Respond calmly during emotional or behavioral escalations
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Collaborate with therapists and behavioral health staff

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old
