Forklift Operator

Lingo Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators in Plainfield, IN to start ASAP!

Forklift Operator – Responsible for safely operating sit-down, stand-up, and walkie rider forklifts to load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations by ensuring products are moved accurately, inventory is properly staged, and shipments are processed on time. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of forklift experience, is committed to workplace safety, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.

Pay & Scheduled:

  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM – $16.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM – $17.00/hour
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM – $17.50/hour
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

** Earn an additional $1.00 per hour through our Attendance Bonus Program! **

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and walkie rider forklifts.
  • Must have 2 plus years of forklift operating experience required.
  • Must have experience operating sit-down, stand-up, and/or walkie rider forklifts.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Stack, stage, and organize inventory accurately.
  • Perform daily forklift safety inspections.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
