Manufacturing Operator

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (overnight: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM; weekends and overtime required)
Duration: 12 months (through September 2026)

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator with a background in GMP-regulated environments. This role supports the production process by operating equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per SOPs and safety standards.

  • Perform quality checks, document results, and maintain production records.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the line.

  • Maintain a clean work environment (light cleaning, stocking, trash removal).

  • Participate in shift meetings, adhere to schedules, and meet production goals.

  • Work in compliance with cGMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience (GMP/cGMP environment required).

  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic math and computer skills; attention to detail is essential.

  • Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.

Schedule
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days on / 2 off / 2 on / 3 off).

  • Shift start: 5:45 PM (must be gowned and ready for shift meeting).
