Looking for steady work with strong pay potential and a path to full-time employment? Integrity Trade Services (ITS) is hiring Machine Operators / Production Workers for a food-processing manufacturing facility in Plymouth, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with multiple shifts available and opportunities for overtime.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor production and processing machines

  • Perform material handling and supply machines with product

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards

  • Package finished goods for shipment

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


What We’re Looking For
  • Some machine operation experience required

  • Manufacturing or food-processing experience preferred

  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


Pay & Schedule Options

Weekday Shifts (Monday – Friday)

  • 1 pm - 11 pm
