Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate processing equipment to produce quality material safely and efficiently. Focus on machine operation, material handling, and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machines
  • Follow Run Instructions (setup, operation, cleanup)
  • Perform basic quality checks and sample testing
  • Track production data, weights, and logs
  • Load/unload materials (forklift/pallet jack)
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and report problems
  • Support team training and production needs

Requirements

  • Manufacturing or machine experience preferred
  • Basic math and troubleshooting skills
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to certify)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to stand full shift & lift up to 65 lbs (occasionally)
  • Comfortable with noise, dust, and PPE
  • Reliable attendance and attention to detail
