Flatbed Set-Up Operatorย 

*3rd shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) , shift differential pay available
*must be able train on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Thuasne has an immediate opening in Kansas City, KS for a Flatbed Machine Operator!

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Performs size changes properly and accurately as specified in KOPโ€™s
  • Able to perform all duties of a Flatbed Set-up & Operator II
  • Recognizes problems with machinery and resolves appropriately
  • Identifies product flaws and cause
  • Communicates with maintenance and other operators
  • Communicates with scheduling department
  • Train new employeesย ย ย ย ย ย 
  • Gives recommendations, advice or guidance to others
  • Inspect knitted products as specified in SOPโ€™s
  • Follow priorities and workorder due dates when completing work
  • Actively participates in department Quality meetings and Lean initiatives
  • Assists in the training of new Flatbed Set-Up & Operator II
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


Qualification Requirementsย 

  • Education-high school or equivalentย 

  • 1-3 year's experience manufacturingย 

  • Knowledge of calculator, maintenance tool equipment, knitting toolsย
