People Operations Coordinator
Make a Difference Every Day

At Team JCK, People Operations isn't just Human Resources—we're the team that helps create an exceptional employee experience for more than 2,200 employees across six restaurant brands and 93 (and growing) locations.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, service-minded professional who loves helping people, solving problems, learning new technology, and keeping things running smoothly.

As our People Operations Coordinator, you'll become the first point of contact for employees and managers, support exciting technology initiatives, help improve processes, and work alongside a collaborative team that believes great workplaces are built through great people practices.

If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a position where your work truly impacts the employee experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different. You may find yourself:

  • Helping employees and managers navigate People Operations questions and requests.
  • Serving as the first point of contact through phone, email, text, and ticketing systems.
  • Coordinating employee transactions, employment verifications, and personnel documentation.
  • Supporting HR technology initiatives including UKG, Document Manager, GOHAPPY, and future People Operations systems.
  • Assisting with workflow improvements, documentation, testing, and training materials.
  • Maintaining confidential employee records and supporting compliance activities.
  • Providing cross-functional support across Benefits, HRIS, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Safety & Compliance.
  • Helping the department continue delivering exceptional service during vacations, special projects, and periods of growth.

What Makes Someone Successful
We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys:

  • Building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Staying organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • Learning new technology and improving processes.
  • Paying close attention to detail.
  • Working collaboratively across teams.
  • Taking initiative while knowing when to ask questions.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of administrative, customer service, HR, payroll, of a confidential nature.
  • Experience working with HRIS or business systems is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Why Team JCK?

At Team JCK, we believe our employees are our greatest competitive advantage.

You'll join a People Operations team that values:

  • Leadership
  • Kindness
  • Service
  • Teamwork
  • Fun

You'll also have the opportunity to grow your knowledge across nearly every area of People Operations—from HR technology and employee experience to compliance, process improvement, and organizational support. This position is intentionally designed to provide broad exposure and meaningful professional development as our department continues to evolve.
