Job Description
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role manages reception operations, handles inquiries, and ensures the front desk area is welcoming, organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct calls or messages to the appropriate staff.
  • Process resident applications, access devices (fobs, decals, keys, IDs, etc.), and visitor registrations as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and databases for visitors, packages, work orders, and resident information.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, or amenity usage.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding community rules, services, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed.
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, welcoming, and well-maintained at all times.
