Join our dedicated team at Magnolia Rehab and Longterm Care, where we are committed to providing Care with Dignity to our residents and their families. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services in a resident-centered environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to work weekends on our nursing team. As a Weekend RN, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and education. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and providing education to residents and families
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
