Job description

Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse, RN for an opportunity to perform home health visits with adult and senior patients. This office works with clients located throughout the Las Vegas valley. We can offer a per diem, part time, or full time schedule.

Please note that current or recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting with OASIS (especially Start of Care) documentation is required for this position.

As a home health RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
  • Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
  • Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
  • Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
  • Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse:
