Flexibility and reliability are key since you'll play a vital role in maintaining lab operations when full weekday staff may not be present. This schedule is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work, students, or those balancing other commitments, and it also provides valuable experience that can lead to full-time laboratory positions in the future.
